Since 2000, Michael has been serving guests, residents, food critics and friends to his own highly individual and acclaimed style of cuisine, pioneered at nearby two Michelin star Gidleigh Park, utilising the finest ingredients and produce from the West Country. Though Michael has subsequently taken his successful dining concepts to Canterbury, Manchester and Chester, the Michael Caines Restaurant at ABode Exeter is always very special.
