This was our guiding principle when we took over the Brixham Fish Restaurant in 2004 - to offer high quality fish and chips at good value in an amazing location, while still treating everybody like a local. As a traditional fish and chip shop we peel and cut our own potatoes and make our own fresh mushy peas every day. To this day we have still been serving fabulous fish and chips staying true to our original goals 15 years ago.
