Photographers will retain copyright in the photographs they submit to App for Devon. By entering the gallery all participants grant App for Devon the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on the mobile app, website, and social media. App for Devon reserves the right to reuse any photo submitted in print and web-based media belonging to any aspect of Westward MS Ltd. While we make every effort to credit photographers, included in printed reproductions of their work, we cannot guarantee that every use will include the photographer's name.

Professional photographers and amateurs are welcome to submit. There is no minimum age requirement.

The gallery is open to visitors and UK residents.

Photographs must be taken in Devon, UK.

We will not accept composite images (multiple images edited to show as one). We will not accept images where another image has been superimposed. App for Devon reserves the right to remove any image that seems excessively treated or altered. However, we will accept edited images. 

All entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on the rights of any other party. Participants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/ guardians if children under 16 are featured. Where an individual or residential property, belonging to someone other than the photographer is featured, the photographer must seek permission and be prepared to provide written consent if requested. Further, participants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.

By entering, participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. App for Devon reserves the right to exclude any entry from the gallery at any time and in its absolute discretion if the App for Devon has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these rules.

App for Devon reserves the right to cancel this gallery or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This gallery is administered by Westward MS Ltd.
